The tooth plate is installed on the liner plate, with one side of the liner plate suspended on the axle seat of the frame, and the other end connected to the adjustment organization. The cavity plate is installed on the inner cavity on both sides of the frame to protect the frame from damage. The tooth plate and the trajectory of the hammer heads form the crushing chamber.

2. Before crushing the raw materials, conduct a simple screening to avoid high moisture content of fine powder in the materials to be crushed. Excessive fine powder in the raw materials can adversely affect the conveyor speed throughout the crushing process. Fine powder can adhere to the conveyor belts, resulting in reduced material in-feed and out-feed rates, and reduced productivity. Therefore, a simple screening can be carried out before crushing the raw materials.
