The horizontal axis is driven by an electric motor, which in turn rotates the eccentric bushing through gears. The eccentric bushing then drives the movable cone to perform rotational and oscillatory movements, enabling continuous crushing and compression of rocks.
The cone crusher is a new type of equipment known for its high performance. It is an improvement over traditional cone crushers, as it replaces the previous use of spring hydraulic protection and adjustment with hydraulic cylinders located on the periphery. During operation, the horizontal axis of the crusher is driven by the motor through a V-belt and pulleys. The horizontal axis, driven by large and small gears, causes the eccentric bushing to rotate. As a result, the cone shaft of the crusher produces an eccentric distance and swings, with the crushing wall surface alternating between close proximity to and separation from the fixed cone surface. This continuous motion subjects the materials in the crushing cavity to constant squeezing, fracturing, and impacting, resulting in their fragmentation.

When there are foreign objects in the crushing chamber, the hydraulic system can automatically lower the movable cone. Once the foreign objects are discharged, the system automatically resets the lowered movable cone, and the crusher resumes working from the initial discharge outlet position.
It can handle the crushing of large pieces of limestone, solving the problem of an imbalance between the supply and demand of limestone for sale and the storage of various large pieces of limestone that cannot be used.
The cone crusher incorporates a large-diameter main shaft, a heavy-duty main frame, and an independent thin oil lubrication system with an automatic adjustment system, ensuring the machine’s durability and reliable operation.
