Working Principle:

The PE series jaw crusher from Shandong Sanxiang Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. is powered by a three-phase asynchronous motor, which drives the eccentric shaft of the rotor to rotate at a specified speed through a triangular belt. The moving jaw, suspended on the eccentric shaft and supported by the lower shaft plate, drives the moving jaw plate along a certain trajectory, exerting squeezing and shearing forces on the fixed jaw plate to crush the material. Materials smaller than the discharge outlet are discharged by their own weight. The upper circular motion trajectory of the moving jaw plate helps to crush large materials, while the lower elongated motion trajectory increases production capacity and ensures more uniform particle size. When foreign materials that cannot be crushed enter the crushing chamber, the elbow plate breaks to protect other components from damage.
