Maintenance Guidelines for ZSW Series Linear Feeder：

The ZSW series linear vibrating feeder, manufactured by Shandong Linyi Sanxiang Heavy Machinery, consists of light-duty and heavy-duty linear feeders. These products have been developed and widely used in industries such as transportation, construction materials, and mining. They are commonly installed in front of primary crushers to control the feeding rate and ensure uniform and reasonable material feeding, making the crushing process safer and more efficient. This feeder effectively solves the problems of choking and low production caused by uneven feeding and serves as a suitable supporting equipment for crusher machinery. It is commonly used to feed hammer crushers and jaw crushers in customer stone production lines at Shandong Linyi Sanxiang Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd.

The ZSW series linear feeder requires the following maintenance:

1. After the initial use, the heavy-duty gear oil should be replaced after 1 month (240 hours), and subsequently replaced every quarter (720 hours).

2. Due to the running-in phase of the ZSW series feeder after oiling, the oil tank should be cleaned and the oil replaced after 1 month (240 hours).

3. The ZSW series feeder operates at high frequency and is equipped with an exhaust device. When used in dusty and harsh environments, the heavy-duty gear oil can deteriorate and lose its lubricating and protective properties, leading to bearing and gear damage.

4. If the equipment has been idle for 1 month or more since its arrival or if it has been stopped for more than 1 month, the bearing housing should be thoroughly cleaned, and new high-temperature lithium-based grease should be injected or the heavy-duty gear oil in the ZSW series feeder vibrator’s oil tank should be replaced.

5. If the equipment has been unused for a long time, the high-temperature lithium-based grease inside the bearings or the heavy-duty gear oil in the ZSW series feeder’s oil tank may deteriorate. In such cases, it should be cleaned and replaced.
