The development history of Shandong Sanxiang Heavy Machinery’s crushers can be summarized as follows: From small to large, from a single series to a complete range of products.

In 1983, when Jinshan Machinery was established, it was a small workshop that only produced small hammer crushers. At that time, there were no liners, and the feeding process relied on manual labor using shovels to add materials bit by bit. The daily production was limited to a few tens of tons. However, based on customer feedback and practical research, liners were later added, effectively protecting the hammer heads and preventing blockages.

As sales grew, Shandong Sanxiang Heavy Machinery moved to its current location, which consisted of a large factory building, a casting workshop, and a two-story office space. The production capacity of the hammer crushers increased from a few tens of tons to around 100 tons.

In 2005, the company hired Sales Director Mr. Yang, and the company’s leadership gradually took over the management of the company from the previous generation. This marked a new development stage for Shandong Sanxiang Heavy Machinery. In 2012, a new office building was put into use, and with the improvement in sales performance, the company gradually expanded its facilities.

Today, the high production capacity of the hammer crushers has reached 1500-2000 tons. Additionally, jaw crushers, cone crushers, impact crushers, sand-making machines, and other products complement the hammer crushers, creating a diverse product lineup.

As of now, Shandong Sanxiang Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. has achieved an annual sales revenue of 100 million yuan and has become a well-known mining machinery production enterprise in Linyi City, with a significant reputation not only in the southern Shandong region but also nationwide. The company has been invited to become an official member of the China Sand and Gravel Association.
