For limestone, a production line with an output of 400 tons per hour is equipped with a linear feeder, a hammer crusher (model 1614 or 1814), a sand making machine (model 1311), two circular vibrating screens (model 3070), and a transformer with a power rating of 800 kW. During the production process, the stone crushing line and the sand making line can be processed separately or simultaneously. When designing and installing, a material transfer station is built between the stone crushing line and the sand making line, which is used to temporarily store the materials transported from the primary production process.
