Rwanda Inspection Team Report on their Work Achievements:

Time has flown by, and it's been more than 10 days since the Rwanda Inspection Team arrived at their destination. During these past days, our colleagues from the company have endured the challenges of working on-site every day, often in adverse conditions. Today, in a video conference, the company's leadership was briefed on their recent work achievements.

The team representative, Mr. Cheng, presented the outcomes of this inspection. Based on the practical research over these ten days and the advice received from our long-standing clients in the local Shandong Sanxiang Heavy Machinery, it is clear that the idea of establishing an office in Rwanda is entirely feasible.

Firstly, in recent years, with Rwanda's initial success in adopting the Chinese economic development model, there is a significant demand for sand and aggregate in the country's infrastructure construction. However, the existing domestic stone crushing production lines primarily use small jaw crushers, which have disadvantages such as high energy consumption and low output.

Secondly, Rwanda possesses high-quality limestone resources suitable for the production of hammer crushers. They believe that, with the excellent performance of the hammer crushers produced by Shandong Sanxiang Heavy Machinery, it can readily capture a substantial market share in the region.

Thirdly, Rwanda enjoys friendly relations with China, has good domestic security conditions, and the local population generally holds a high regard for the Chinese people. This is advantageous for conducting long-term business activities after establishing an office.

Fourthly, in terms of geographical location, although Rwanda is located deep within the African continent, its domestic transport infrastructure has been gradually improving in recent years. It has convenient road transport links to coastal ports in East African countries. This facilitates the transportation of machinery and components to the office. Moreover, there are no significant deficiencies in road transport to and from Rwanda to other neighboring countries. Therefore, it is convenient for our company to use this as a base for establishing an office, allowing for a strategic expansion across the entire African continent, achieving effective market development through a point-to-area approach.

After listening to their report, the company leadership expressed gratitude for their hard work in recent days and fully acknowledged their work achievements and recommendations. They also provided information about the ongoing efforts to train international specialized professionals at Shandong Sanxiang Heavy Machinery, assuring the team that once the decision to establish an office in Rwanda is final, the necessary personnel will be in place, and the company will fully support the procurement of prototype machines and required machinery components.
