Dealing with Delinquent Behavior in Stone Crusher Sales:

The company has its own rules and regulations, but sometimes we must consider the human aspect. Special circumstances can arise, and blindly adhering to strict company policies may not always be reasonable. In certain exceptional cases, Shandong Sanxiang Heavy Machinery, after negotiation, may exercise some tolerance when it comes to small outstanding payments during the stone crusher sales process, primarily for long-term, well-credited loyal customers.

There are always exceptions, and some customers might not be as cooperative. In a particular case from a few years ago, I remember a client who damaged the inner chamber of their hammer crusher due to a large piece of iron entering the machine. The on-duty personnel at the site failed to notice any abnormal machine operation and shut it down in time, resulting in severe damage to the inner chamber. This led to a major repair of the crusher rotor back at the factory. Before commencing the repair, Shandong Sanxiang Heavy Machinery personnel noted that this incident was due to the negligence of the customer's production staff, and the company was not liable for any costs. The customer had no objections and urgently needed the machine repaired for their production.

After the repair was completed, the company contacted the customer to settle the repair costs. The customer claimed they were in a hurry and didn't have enough money on hand, requesting to pay later. While emphasizing their history of timely payments for spare parts, they assured the company that it wasn't a trust issue. Taking the customer's request into consideration, the company, after reporting to the general manager, allowed the customer to take the repaired rotor without immediate payment. However, the situation took a different turn afterward. When the company attempted to collect the payment, the customer initially responded to calls but later claimed they had sold the stone crusher and were no longer responsible for the payment. Company representatives visited the customer's stone crushing plant to collect the debt but were informed by the new owner that the arrangement was made with the previous owner and the repair costs had not been paid.

This incident served as a lesson for Shandong Sanxiang Heavy Machinery. It highlighted the importance of preserving evidence and obtaining the customer's signature and fingerprint, even if the payment is not made immediately. This precaution ensures that the company has a legal basis in case of disputes. Furthermore, the company hopes that its customers understand its policy of requiring immediate payment for stone crusher sales. The company doesn't want to alienate any customer or resort to legal procedures over financial disputes, as it is detrimental to both parties. Long-term partnerships are built on fairness and justice, and while instances of delinquent behavior like the one described above are rare, the company's policies and procedures are designed to minimize such incidents, safeguarding the company's interests and the trust of the majority of its customers.
