Despite facing fierce competition and challenges, the crushing machine series products produced by Shandong Sanxiang Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., with excellent product quality and good customer reputation, have maintained a good sales performance in the Anhui market over the years.

Due to the presence of numerous high-quality limestone quarries in Anhui Province, our company's limestone hammer crusher mill was the first to enter the market. In response to market feedback and the diligent research and development efforts of our technical department, the hydraulic roller crusher for hard rock sand making, also known as roller pressure sand making machine or roller grinding sand making machine, was introduced and quickly gained attention in the market.

Mr. Li, a customer in Anhui who has been in the sand and gravel processing industry for many years, had previously visited various crushing machine manufacturers in Anhui but could not find a suitable hard rock sand making machine. Having previously used several sets of our hammer crusher production lines, he called to inquire if our factory had machines specifically designed for hard rock sand making. We informed him that Shandong Sanxiang Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. offers three main machines for hard rock sand making, namely the hydraulic roller sand making machine (also known as roller pressure sand making machine), and two others: rod grinding sand making machine and impact sand making machine. We provided detailed explanations of the advantages and disadvantages of each type of hard rock sand making machine.

After understanding the product characteristics of various hard rock sand making machines, Mr. Li visited a production site of one of our customers, and then, without hesitation, ordered three PYG1210 hydraulic roller sand making machines, along with three YKX3070 thin oil vibrating screens. The estimated production capacity is around 200 tons per hour. For those unfamiliar with hard rock sand production lines, this is already a significant investment.

About half a month after the official production of Mr. Li's hydraulic roller sand production line in Anhui, there were continuous inquiries from local customers. They had needs for crushing granite, pebbles, and some hard materials containing metals. After receiving a positive response, they decided to organize a group to visit Shandong Sanxiang Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. to inspect the hydraulic roller sand making production line.

At this point, many friends might wonder if there is still a demand for sand and gravel materials in the market, especially given the downturn in industries like real estate. To explain, we need to consider the geographical location of Anhui Province. It is adjacent to Jiangsu Province, which has a flat terrain and a shortage of sand and gravel materials. The easternmost part of Jiangsu is Shanghai, and the sand and gravel materials produced in the southern part of Anhui can be transported to Nanjing, Wuxi, Suzhou, Shanghai, and other major cities along the Yangtze River. Therefore, the demand for sand and gravel materials in Anhui Province is not solely dependent on internal consumption but also serves large cities in the surrounding regions.

Returning to the main topic, the Anhui customer group arrived as scheduled, and each visitor had a smile on their face. Among them were old customers who had used our hammer crushers and those visiting for the first time. We treated them differently, with old customers enjoying Kung Fu tea in the reception room to deepen our relationship. New customers were led by Secretary Wang from the logistics department to tour the factory area and learn about the company's development history. After the tour, all guests were led by the production department head to visit the production process of the hydraulic roller sand making machine, and a video presentation in the conference room explained the production principles and related considerations.

The results of the Anhui customer group's visit are reported here. Sixteen units of the PYG1210 model and three units of the PYG1512 model of the hydraulic roller sand making machine were successfully contracted, along with a considerable number of matching thin oil vibrating screens. Additionally, four units of the PCZ2016 heavy hammer crusher mills and two units of the PF1518 impact crusher mills were also contracted. Some customers who did not sign on-site mainly had some unresolved factors preventing them from immediately acquiring the machines. If everything goes smoothly, there will be more orders for hard rock sand making machines in the near future.

In conclusion, the Anhui inspection team's visit was fruitful. They not only purchased a satisfactory hydraulic roller sand making production line but also further enhanced the trust between Shandong Sanxiang Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. and the customers. It is a "win-win" cooperation. With the continuous entry of hydraulic sand making machines into the market, the sales territory is expected to expand, and the market prospects are very promising.
